Carbon, a London-based executive search firm working exclusively to hire senior leaders within the global financial services industry, chose Round to deliver a new website.
Having set out our initial ideas and ways of working during the pitch process we then spent time with the team to gain a thorough understanding of their organisation, culture and the rigorous process with which they search for talent.
The project involved design, copywriting and photography, and our understanding of Carbon has resulted in a striking website that reflects the senior level at which they operate and provides reassurance to both client and candidate.
